Custom shelves designed to work with a modular shelving system to create a furniture piece that serves as a small library at the end of the corridor and continues as shelving with a desk space on the adjacent wall. A gypsum doorway was also constructed to create a room for a pantry with a sliding door fabricated to match the rest of the interior doors in the house in darkened African walnut.
